SAP University Alliances partnering SAP Academic Competence Center in Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnical University and University Competence Center in Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg invite you to join International conference of SAP University Alliances with the topic of "Academia-Business Collaboration for Talent Development and Economy Growth".
Liaisons with academia is a crucial factor for dynamic innovative development of corporate business and that is why SAP company values and puts effort into sustaining collaboration with leading universities around the world. In the CIS region the number of universities involved into SAP University Alliances program amounts to over 50 with a perspective to grow.
Conference will gather both active and potential members of SAP University Alliances to discuss experience in working with student talents, using SAP advanced technology in educational process, share there recent achievement in SAP-related education. This conference will also discuss a new initiative of SAP University Alliances in the light of SAP CIS growth plan until 2015. Among guest representatives of industrial and consulting companies (SAP customers and partners, respectively) will also be presented – they play a significant role within UA program. They contribute to universities in the process of determining strategic directions for SAP education in Universities, hiring graduates with SAP skills and involve Universities into industrial SAP-related projects.
The conference will take place in Moscow, after a number of presentations of program Global SAP UA management, key university members representatives, 3 parallel roundtables will follow.

On 07-18.11.2011TomskPolytechnicUniversityhosted thefirst TERP10 in Siberia,organized bythe SAP Siberianregional center (www.sap.tpu.ru). The training was attended by both teachers and students of the university.
Participation of SAP University Alliances in the leading international congress in Information technologies
International Congress on Intellectual Systems and Information Technology (IS&IT) took place from September 2 till September 9 2011 on its traditional venue at the picturesque shore of the Black Sea in the town of Divnomorsk.
The representatives of SAP UNiversity Alliances and Academic Centre of Competence SAP participated in the Congress and also had a number of meetings with the representatives of the Program from different regions of Russia and CIS. The National Congress was a great success and a fantastic opportunity for discussing joint education and research strategy between leading international IT-vendors and academic community.

The third group of graduates from Training Center of MPEI (TU) – EnergoData - SAP
Moscow, 18 May 2011. This year the third group of students of Moscow Power Engineering Institute (TechnicalUniversity) graduated successfully from the TrainingCenter where they studied the program “Enterprise Management Systems on the basis of SAP solutions”. The goal of this educational project is to provide students with professional training in the field of complex automation of power industry enterprises. The study is free of charge and offers three disciplines: “Financial Management”, “HR Management” and “Business Intelligence and Strategic Management”.
Tripartite memorandum of understanding between SRSTU(NPI), SAP University Alliance and CB "Center-Invest" was signed in Novocherkassk.
On the 30 of march 2011 in SRSTU(NPI) Tripartite memorandum of understanding between SRSTU(NPI), SAP University Alliance and bank "Center-Invest" was executed.
Memorandum was signed by the rector of SRSTU(NPI) Vladimir Perederiy, the head of the SAP partnership programs in Russia, CIS, Scandinavia and the baltic states Victor Taratoukhin and the chairman of the board of directors of CB "Center-Invest" Anna Shtabnova.
