Official opening of Siberian Regional Academic SAP Center in Tomsk wiil take place on March, 4th 2011

SAP Center of Tomsk Polytechnic University will become the first and unique regional certified SAP center in the Siberian Federal District.

 SAP company is the leading supplier of software for business management in view of industrial specificity. SAP software solutions meet all the requirements of any companies, that is proved by the wide range of SAP software application in a foreign practice and demand growth from Russian enterprises.

 Opening of the Center will give an opportunity to the enterprises and universities of Siberia to enjoy the consulting support of SAP software in the sphere of logistics, financial management, project management and other business-processes.

Students of Siberian Regional Academic SAP Center will be given a real opportunity to familiarize and master modern software which allows realizing enterprise resource management (in ERP-systems).

After graduation, upon successful examination passing, the Students are given the Certificate of Siberian Regional Academic SAP Center. Besides, there is a unique opportunity to be a certificated SAP consultant on introduction and operating the software of the company.

 The Center basic objectives are: certification of enterprise specialists and representatives of educational establishments, carrying out of science-research works and projects in the field of SAP decisions.

 The principal fields of SAP Center are:

• Educational-certified on retraining, professional development of enterprise specialists and representatives of educational establishments (lecturers, post-graduate students, students, etc.) on a commercial basis upon the competencies in the field of SAP for business management;
• Carrying out of science-research and projects development in the field of SAP for automation of business-processes at the enterprises;
• International cooperation, experience exchange, interaction with the educational centers and universities entering the SAP University Alliances.

Opening of the Center takes place on March 4th, 2011 at 11.00 a.m., at Tomsk Polytechnic University, 20th building, Lenin Avenue 2a / 5, Tomsk, Russia.

 Within the activity there will be:

Solemn ceremony of opening and presentation of Siberian Academic Certified SAP Center;

Carrying out of press conference and round table with participation of SAP company representatives and SAP University Alliances, and also enterprise specialists having experience of SAP system application;

Undertaking of cooperation agreements with the center.
