Participation of SAP University Alliances in the leading international congress in Information technologies
International Congress on Intellectual Systems and Information Technology (IS&IT) took place from September 2 till September 9 2011 on its traditional venue at the picturesque shore of the Black Sea in the town of Divnomorsk.
The representatives of SAP UNiversity Alliances and Academic Centre of Competence SAP participated in the Congress and also had a number of meetings with the representatives of the Program from different regions of Russia and CIS. The National Congress was a great success and a fantastic opportunity for discussing joint education and research strategy between leading international IT-vendors and academic community.
International Congress on Intellectual Systems and Information Technology (IS&IT) took place from September 2 till September 9 on its traditional venue at the picturesque shore of the Black Sea in the town of Divnomorsk
IS&IT is one of the most important scientific and academic conferences in the region bringing together leading scientists and educators of the region (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and others) in field of intelligent systems, mobility, multi-agent systems, fuzzy logic, adaptive control systems, and large systems integration. With overall number of participants around 500 represented by researchers, professors, industry experts; graduate and post-graduate students over 120 papers were presented.
Leading international vendors such as Microsoft, Nokia, SAP actively participated in the event and also presented current developments of corporate academic initiatives.
Dr. Victor Taratoukhine, SAP UA Cluster Lead presented the recent developments of the program and future strategy for year 2012-2014. Following Dr. Victor Taratoukhine Mr. Leonid Shikhov, Senior Business Architect of SAP solution for Public Sector, gave a presentation on SAP Campus solution.

The representatives of the SAP University Alliances had a number of meetings with the representatives of the Program from different regions of Russia and CIS. The Congress has also provided the opportunity of meetings and discussions of the most actual tendentions and perspectives in the area of intellectual systems and information technologies for representattives of adifferent circles - academic and industrial.

Academic Centre of CompetenceSAP has been cooperating with the University Alliances SAP for many years. In the frames of the Round Table on the intellectual systems Victor Taratoukhine has presented the project of the integration between corporative information systems on the enterprise which is being conducted by ACC SAP and University Haveriana (Columbia, Bogota).
